how do i block Facebook ?

Your question isn't very clear. In what way do you want to block it?

Do you want to block other people from using your pc to log in to it?
Or block emails from Facebook?

Just add a line to your host file saying

127.0.0.1 www.facebook.com

^ there is about 10 spaces between the last one in the IP and the first w (but think AB will remove that)

the hosts file can be found at c:windows -> system32 -> drivers -> etc -> hosts
