After Mr Rondeau spurned Ms Chilton's advances, she falsely accused him of harassing her and he was 'frogmarched' from work at G4S, stripped of his pass and suspended.
But when Mr Rondeau made a complaint about her behaviour, she remained at work though under investigation.
So do you think only gay men have the balls to fight a case like this and a straight man would have just said "oh well"
Or do you think a straight man would not have spurned her advances?
So, basically, you get bullied and discriminated against and treated like a criminal, you lose over 30 grand in earnings, and your health. If that's your idea of it "paying to be gay", I bet you think being run over by a bus is a good crack, too.
Does one think that had he been hetrosexual, this case would have even been brought to court?
Yes, quite probably. Why do you assume heterosexual men would welcome unsolicited sexual harassment by a woman and then accept a counter-accusation that never occurred?
The female colleague was clearly in the wrong here. Sexual harrassment is sexual harrassment, whether carried out by a man or woman against anyone of either sex. The man had every right to take the matter to the law.
