Yet another story of kids having kids. Don't know about you, but when I was 14 I still hated boys.

These "perks" should be available to married couples, or those in long-standing relationships only - and perhaps if they're 21 or over. Mistakes'll always be made, but if the parents of these teenagers were made to pay for their grandchildren's upbringing, it might shake them into dringing it into their kids about contraception and the hardship of bringing children into the world without enough money to live properly.

Ice maiden, you've got it exactly. We're in a world where kids think that getting pregnant gets you a free ride, because that,s what they learned from their parents. I recently heard that pregnant teens were deliberately smoking like chimneys because it causes low birth weight (hence less pain during birth) Which just proves their ignorance. I know it sounds cliche but I blame the parents!!
Bh!!! They believe that??? Ignorant indeed - but then, if the kids aren't taught themselves - how on earth are they supposed to pass on knowledge to their own children? I think it's tragic. All those beautiful babies born into a life of poverty, crime, debt, no education......
Got to laugh though Bez - I know a litle Everton fan, who was kitted out from the word go! Lol. Mind you, the child's well brought up and looked after.

How can the parents say you can't stop young couples staying over when they are courting?
It's ridiculous under your roof you make the rules, obviously the parents think it is acceptable, but when the 2 young parents are older they can going to set up home together paid for by the tax payer no doubt.
