red eye

i have a polaroid i1032 camera .nearly all the photos i take of people they have red eye ..i cant find out if i can turn anything of so i dont get red eye .thanks for any help

thanks zac i wouldnt mind if it was a cheap rubbish make but its not .!! i would throw it away if it wasnt a xmas prez other year lol thanks for ur help
