How much to convert a barn?

I know thats a bit like how long is a bit of string, but is there anyone out there with access to Spons/Laxtons who could give me a cost per m2 for converting a barn....Dont mind how rough the estimate is. Any idea of additional %age when the barn is grade II listed

You can't use Spons for this (I do have access to it). Spons is used when one is working out the price of a job by adding up the individual elements of a work-plan. I cannot gues what specific jobs would need to be in your workplan.
What you are asking could be as wide as �1000 to �3500 psm.
You must have professional advice for this - even if it hasn't got G2 Listing. Variables in the foundation and roofing costs are likely to be crunchers for this sort of project. What about access to services? - could be �1k to �100k or more, depending on distance.
