I know that blood flow to the skin increases to aid thermoregulation during moderate exercise. My question is: why does the blood flow then decrease when the exercise increases to intense anaerobic exercise?

I know something aboutthe kidney and nothign about the skin

In anaerobic exercise, the amount of hear loss through the skin will be negligible becasue of the short term nature of anaerobic exercise. Theblood is therefore diverted to the muscles wehre it is needed
