My Logik CXW23NT4 LCD TV screen flickers for about 20 minutes each time I switch on, then settles down, this was purchased 2 yearsago.

This could be a number of things but the most likely is that over time some soldering has come away from a circuit board inside and caused what is known as a 'dry joint'.

makes sense what cockney describes as only plays up when cold then corrects when warm - check dry joints on circuit board - not expensive repair - worst case scenario is tube's going BUT highly unlikely for 2 year old tv - if bought from supermarket chain try taking it back with box if you still have it as they may replace it even though it's over the standard 1 year guarantee ( some manafacturers give longer warranties and good luck.
