ford cougar electric window problem

could anyone help please..

both switches on drivers side door have stopped working so cannot open passenger or drivers window.

switch on passengers side works and operates passenger window

i dont think its the relay as this would operate both sides

Seems too much of a coincidence that the both has stopped working, check the Plugs.

Sounds like the off side switch, I used to do a rough test on electrics by turning the ignition on but not the engine, I'd then operate the unit and see if the battery light would flicker.
A long time ago though, modern cars may be different.
