vidoes from computer to phones

how come phones dont play vidoes from the computer I got this 10 min clip but my phones wont play it, they say someting about video resolution.
dones anyone know how to fix it or another way I can get a VLA video to play on my phones?

You need to convert the video into a form that your phone recognises.
