my heating element is kaput in my neff oven
are they difficult to change?

Fan oven? Usually very straightforward. Remove shelves/racks. Unscrew cover over fan/element. Unplug element and unscrew or unclip element mountings. Replace element, refit cover & other parts.

Most grief is usually corroded/seized screws.
as above, but you often have to take the back of the oven off as well to gain access to the connectors onto the element (sometimes you get lucky and you can pull them through into the oven cavity enough to do it inside)

But still really not a hard job.
