How it Works3 mins ago
I have a pain in my lower back right where my tail bone is... it only started today & it's not an ache... more tingly shooting pain... obviously I'll go to the doc if it doesn't dissapear, but just wondered if anyone has any ideas? I do pilates twice a week, but it doesn't feel like I've pulled anything & pilates is quite gentle anyway.
Thanks x

Docs said it was a bruised coxix bone (not sure how to spell it) It went away in time but the way to avoid the pain was try to always sit on something cushioned.
Maybe worth considering?
