to Tap Dance as a child, if so are you still able to as an adult, or take up dancing professionally.

Right I am not sure that I understand your question, but the fragrant Mrs sqad says " If you learnt to tap dance as a child, you never lose that ability"..................and she is 95yrs old ( the age is a joke!)

If I have missed the point of your question, please let me know.
I did ballet and gymnastics when I was younger, I can stil remember a lot of it but I'm not as flexible as I once was.......:-)
I remember there being tap dancing shoes in cupbaord when I was young but god knows who did it... redcrx!!!!!

Oh! My - What talented people we have on here.

Stoke - I'm still giggling at your answer.

Sqad - I hope you are not going to get into trouble with Mrs. Sqad - fancy suggesting she's '95', I'd keep out of her way for a bit if I was you. :-) As to the point of my question, I was wondering how many people remained flexible enough in adulthood. Agree with Mrs. Sqad, it's a bit like learning to ride a bike, once learned never forgotten. I really enjoyed the dancing, but unfortunately am not quite as young as I used to be.

Bigmamma - Lovely, I'll bet your puppy enjoyed your antics.

Rinkins - You're not on your own, I still dance around the kitchen with cats in my arms (1 cat at a time though), and they seem to enjoy it. :-)

ummmm - What a shame. I'm sorry you didn't get to enter the 'All Ireland'.

Redcrx & 4getmenot - I had little red shoes too, tied with a big red ribbon bow. Happy days.

Thanks to everyone. I have enjoyed all your replies. Schutz.
