I would say that the sports clothes are the clue, she could have some sort of stress incontinence and all the running around and physical excersion is too much for her bladder.

sorry i was so vague but i think teak36 is onto what i've been researching and now we have confronted her with our concerns it seems it's more controlable than she made it out to be, so thanks for your help....and sorry for my confusing question i'll try to be more specific in the future

Sorry to post so late, but I was watching DR Phil and he made mention of this... and he did mention that there are cases where this is hereditary and that most all kids do grow out of it, just in their own time, with lots of praise and encouragement from their parents......

Although, Teak has a point also... has anyone shown her how to strengthen her pelvic floor??? This couldn't hurt and could give her the control she currently lacks...
