I can't get the back off to insert SIM card. Help please

According to the manual here, http://nds1.nokia.com/phones/files/main_page/N okia_6124_UG_en_1.pdf it should just slide off. If you can't get enough grip, put on a pair of rubber gloves, see if that improves it and try to slide the back off.

Have done just about everything! Went to Nokia Helpline only to be told to phone and calls charged at �1.50 per minute!

What about trying to slide a flathead screwdriver under it and levering it off?
