Registered email on AB and FACEBOOK

After finally thinking I may just have understood the spare-ed's confusing blog, can I ask whether it is going to be an automatic link to AB from your FACEBOOK page if you have used the same email address for both? If this is going to be the technicalities of setting it up, can we then perhaps change our email address on here to avoid unwanted links?
Oh and as to whether I would like quizzes and the like, no i would not thank you, FACEBOOK ia already good at that.

There isnt any need to combine both sites anyway, anyone can use both at the same time on two pages, I just dont see the need.
I dont want quizzes either but I would like a surprise thats bad for my teeth !
