Wachine Machine Problems...

I have a Bosch Washing machine that is not 2 years old but it has recently stopped adding the 'comfort' into the wash. I have tried unblocking the tiny wholes that are inside the tray at the top where the water flows and also emptied the overflow compartment by the feet but still it does not feed into the wash??

Any other idea's before I call out an engineer that will cost a ridiculous amount for a simple job!!

had this problem with my machine and I now take out the complete drawer that holds the powder & conditioner & give it a good wash with a baby bottle brush & pipe cleaners - you'll be amazed at the gloopy gunk that comes out - this is what stopped it going down in my machine.
Mine works fine eversince - try before calling someone out

I agree with JD - I put mine in the dishwasher from time to time.

The dishwasher brings it up lovely and clean.
