Without a doubt my wok. I cook pretty much everything in it and it's non stick so it stands up to even my cooking.

I couldn't manage without the dishwasher. Although to be fair, my cooker is rather fab (I bought the house because I liked the kitchen and the cooker!!!!)

my washing machine our old one went at christmas so we went 6 weeks without having one doing washing around friends and reles so when we finally did get a new one i just stood there watching it doing our washing marvelling at its greatness lol sad really!

Oh yeah, I forgot about the electric blanket. Invaluable in Spain during winter since most of the older villas don't have central heating.
