I would love to give up smoking, but am finding it really difficult lately. I guess I've been a bit down in the dumps for a while, and that is not a good time to quit a habit. But there never is a good time, is there!!!

I would appreciate a few tips from people who have managed to kick the nasty habit. X

Nomercy,let me just chime in to clarify that the bad habit your talking about is cigarettes otherwise We'll have hoards of women here talking about dumping their men!

Oh, I dumped my lump last September. Best thing I ever did. Though I've smoke more since then, and my wheezing is getting worse.
