No, we have the same taste. Mr LL is not easily persuaded and neither am I. We both have quite strong (and stubborn) personalities. But we renovated a house with our bare hands (no builders involved) and we have always thought along the same lines with decorating etc.

There are lots of things we don't agree on, and feminine wiles don't work on him at all :o(

When we don't agree we argue like mad and then both get very huffy. We are both stubborn, as I said, and neither of us give in to the other. Lots of things we don't agree on - too numerous to mention, but nothing too serious so that it affects us too badly.

Same ideas on politics, same ideas on religion, same ideas on raising children and family values. (All quite important in a relationship).

Double advantage - no arguments over names, schools, how they should be brought up etc, etc. :-)

I 'inherited' our older daughters, so decision made before i arrived.

With our third, we were convinced she was a boy, so had more or less decided on a boy's name, but not girl's name. When I told my wife we had a girl, she said "Charlotte Mary", and that was it, job done, even though she doesn't recall saying it.

As for decor, I have no real preferences, so my wife chooses, and i am always happy with her choice, so no conflict there.
