Anyone else think this is a terrorist target too big to miss?

If there are any al qaeda sympathisers in the UK looking for a target to hit , surely this is the daddy of them all?

Its gonna be very hard to poilce as the events are scattered plus we dont have the best anti terrorsim record -do we?

Yeah but surely the Anti Terrorism branch are one step ahead? They managed to thwart the plans to take liquid explosives on board flights from Birmingham, etc.
Surely to perpetrate an act of terrorism on that scale would require a hell of a lot of planning, and these extremist organisations are never inpenetrable.

Hey doesnt have to be Al-Qaeda -theres loads of loonies in this country who would support any terrorist act or faction.

Its a terrible worry for any major event -take your eye off the ball (to coin a phrase)-and there will be mayhem.

I wonder how many potential attacks have been thwarted and put on hold as they werent 100% sure of success.They are like rats-never more than a foot away from you.
