But if you are not entitled then you're not - do you get a certificate to say you dont have to pay?
The rules are no different in Scotland than they are in England - just the prices unfortunately!
Prices go down again in April this year to �4 then �3 next year to eventually to be scrapped altogether in 2011 - lucky you

You (anyone really) can get a season ticket (dunno what it is properly called) so that if you do have a lot of prescriptions, you can reduce the cost. See the pharmacist or here
