only I can't decide what. Don't fancy chocolate. Don't have the ingredients for a fruit cake. I reckon either coffee and walnut or something with lime (I have a whole bag of limes to use up).

What would tickle your tastebuds if I was going to serve YOU tea and cakes this afternoon?

Now you're talking mrs O. That what I always have in my cortados in Spain. My nan makes Baileys, would you believe? Whisky, condensed milk, and a few other ingredients!
So it was the wine that did it and not the quantity?!! Must have had a dodgy bottle (or 3) I reckon.

Don't suppose mixing the two had anything to do with it either?! :-)
OK Barmaid...you could always add Tia Maria instead.

Nomercy, I sometimes make Baileys & coffee jelly, using strong black coffee, sugar, Baileys & gelatine.
Not for the kids!
Sounds fab, Mrs. O. My Nan makes sloe gin or any other hallucinatory drink you care to mention. Needless to say that after an hour of reaching her house, we just sit there with silly grins on our faces!
If you have eggs, sugar and flour, you should seriously try cooking this "magic" lemon pudding. You can use limes instead of lemons. It is seriously good.
Does something magic, and separates into a light moussey cake on top, and a delicious citrus suace underneath.

Hey NoMercy! Never tried making the Baileys before. My mum makes wine out of everything going! Smelly socks the lot! Not tried nettle wine the weirdest one is oak leaf i think. There's demi-johns all under the stairs. Raspberry gin is nice too! And sloe sherry
My grandad used to take us out to pick dandelion head to make into wine. We were only too happy to do so, as he was only ever nice when he was drunk! LOL

Should have just gone to Tescos and bought the damn cake.

Somehow, I managed to turn the oven down to 120, was wondering why it was taking ages and has hardly risen. What a kn0b.
