Ed,Would it be possible when someone new joins Answer Bank to advise them that they should post any multiple questions that they have in one block instead of loads of individual ones. The problem seems to be getting worse.

yes must agree - you can spend quite some time helping someone and don't even get an acknowledgement in many cases
