A friend lives in sheltered accommodation and pays approx �7 a year towards tv Licience as there are over 30 residents live there and on a comuninial ariel. He also owns a motor home which is kept at his address. Does his home licience cover taking a portable tv when he goes on holiday as motorhome is fitted with tv ariel . Thanks.
