Has anyone used this and found it successful?
My SIL has started using it and I looked at the packet to see what exactly it had in it and in my opinion it looked a load of crap! Just herbs basically. It said you would lose weight if you followed a low calorie diet and exercised too! Well surely if you do that you don't need to spend 25 per week on the tablets as well do you?

Some herbal preparations act as mild diuretics or cause a faster excretion of waste products, so in this way, they could be said to help with weight loss, but overall, tablets which proimise this have a short-lived action. Once you stop taking htem, the weight'll pile on again unless you educate your body into accepting the right foods, and less of it.
