Having listened to the advert, it is actually the Polooski (?) 2007 remix of the Frankie Valli/4 Seasons version rather than Madcon's 2008 effort.
I can't tell whether Madcon's version is a completely new recording or a part sample-part new recording. Anyone know?
Interestingly, sales of both versions have shot up since the advert came out, with Madcon outselling the Frankie Vallie version at present

Madcon's is a cover - they recorded their own vocals and the instrumentation was by 3Elementz (now known as ELEMENT)
