Aww thanks Rosetta, trouble is I went to M&S lunchtime and bought a chocolate dessert thing and then later on I had a custard filled doughnut. Ooooops!

I needed it as a pick-me-up. I've been feeling like this since before eating the offending items.

I put a lovely apple crumble in the oven earlier , and a pan of custard on the hob . Looking forward to it until I got the crumble out of the oven and accidently dropped it , it landing face down and splattering all over the floor :-(
