Is the Sopcast website safe to download? It claims you can watch football matches for free. Has anyone else used this website?

Personally I use one computer in safe mode, i.e. do nothing at all suspect and another in free for all mode where I will download all sorts of stuff. I'd never do anything on the later which inolved giving any personal information away.
But I digress, yes you can watch overseas TV on sopcast which essentially means you can watch any football you fancy. I watch all the Arsenal matches live on there.
However what you need is a channel number, it's not a case of downloading and hey presto. This site seems to be fairly good at the moment for getting the channel numbers....

Click on the little TV next to the match and then click play next to one of the sopcast links (having already downloaded sopcast), a word of warning though, some are terrible quality and if they are busy can take an age to buffer and are fairly jumpy. Also the commentry is often in Chinese, if you can, use the Fox Soccer links as they are from the US and have the normal English commentators.
