Thanks gents, for these answers. I had worked out osteoma and erato and could only find wholesome as well. I too have still to find the goddess and also 11a.Good stock (5). I have g-a-e.

I wonder if anyone has any idea what is meant by the instructions in the box!

I've just worked out 'wholesome'. It's an anagram of moose starting with W and ending with E.

Hi Krypton27 - all I can think of for 11a is 'grace' - 'g' for good and 'race' which is a word meaning a rootstock of ginger - all a wee bit vague I'm afraid - and yes I was at Firhill on Saturday - There's Only One Johnny Tuffey!!!

I'm pretty sure it's grace as one of it's meanings is good.
Perhaps stock for race as in ancestry ?
I think this is probably one of the clues referred to in the box
but I'm still none the wiser.
