NoMercy, you can buy Dorset Nagas online, but not until the Autumn. They are quite expensve, so buy in bulk and freeze them down. Remember, they are exquisitely savagely hot.

Gorm - my entire family are obsessed with spice. My mum has chilli plants growing in her conservatory and freezes them. When she put them in the grinder, still frozen, they turn into a lovely spicy powder that we literally sprinkle over everything.

I'm being boring now, I know, but recent lab studies have found an enzyme in chillies (the hotter the better) that actually make cancer cells self-destruct. They are anti tumour and anti metastatic, too.
