one word to describe it and while you think of that one word remember the little babies that have been killed by their parents one way or another just lately.

How can you limit it to one word, you are talking about a system that is hundreds of years old and has a huge effect on our day to day lives, there are so many area of the British Justice System that are the envy of the World and the easiest thing to do is rubbish it .
