Webcams

Being an expatriate pom living down under I like to log on to UK websites. The BBC is one I like and one of the options they have is 'live' webcams in various locations, but when I access one of these, all I get is a still image which is updated every so often. Am I doing something wrong or is this the way the site is set up?

That's how some webcams are set up. They only refresh every 5 or 10 minutes to save bandwidth.
