I left my wheelie bin the wrong way round this morning and got a snotty letter left on it . ( If you dont leave your bin handle facing the road we will refuse to collect it in future )

I'd like to defend this generalisation of bin men - our crew are nearly human and never even banged on the door for their tip at Xmas.
I like our binmen and they dont leave petty messages when the bin is open more than 4 inches.

Are you sure that they didn't in fact leave you a sticker on your wheelie bin with one of those little faces with a scowl on it instead?

That's what happens when you don't give them a Chrimble tip!! Hope you've learned your lesson!

I'd have contacted the Council had it been me and found out if I could get a Council Tax rebate if my bins weren't emptied. And if not, tell them that you'll withhold further payments until you get some satisfaction.
