oil cooler in Corsa

I have just noticed a reply to a question of mine ref oil in the Expansion Tank on my 1993 Corsa, the gentleman suggests an O ring on the oil cooler, where is this located and how easy is it to change ?

I think you will find the problem you have is the Gasket rt63, for your certainty get the system compression tested.

you said get the system Presure tested, do you mean the engine compression or the coolant system presure tested for leaks ?

Hi, your cooling system, it will tell you either the yes or no, I take it you have tried all that indicates to the problem? Back Flushing the Radiator? Thermostat, If the oil has got into the water ways of the rad in turn that is stopping the flow of water through the system & can also bung up the thermostat.

Yes I've flushed the system through, car seems to run fine no overheating whatsoever. I was thinking that about 4 months ago, her in doors hit a car from behind, bent the bonnet abit, maybe she has broken the oil cooler pipe some where. Looked in the haynes manual, it just says to drain the coolant and oil before removing the oil cooler, but where is it, could this be my problem ?
