Hi all,
Just got back from a lovely holiday to Singapore. Landed at 4.50am today, and am feeling totally bleurrgh and dizzy headed!
Had a little nap when we got in- from 6am-9am, then made ourselves get up, but its not helped alot! My head still feels like its full of wool, and spinning..
Anyone got any good top tips? At the moment i'm thinking a nice hot pizza for lunch, with a rare can of coke for the caffience to keep me awake!!!

Hi Zac.. Thanks.. i know its best to get back to it.
My head was spinning and bleurgh already - i didnt sleep well on the flight, so i knew i wouldnt be able to last till bed time, so i thought it would be better to keep it to a couple of hours of morning, rather than conk out at 3pm!!
Annoyingly my OH slept like a baby on the flight so is feeling quite chirpy, whereas despite having the full flat bed, i still felt like the princess and the pea!
