Race For Life

I've just signed up to walk the Race For Life.
I'll be walking the 5km on 21/06/09.
Anyone else doing it?

Not this year eash,did it a couple of years ago in memory of a colleague!!!

Cool, did you run, walk or jog?
This will be my first time. I'm not doing it in memory of anyone, however I do know of quite a few people who have been affected by this horrible disease.

I fast walked it, as there were hundreds of people trying to get round a mapped out area,there was one lot doing the jogging and us others walking,think they started the joggers off first,then we joined on!!

I am doing it for the first time this year, gonna walk it and it is on the 7th of june.

I did it a few years back, I fast walked it, round Arthur's Seat in Edinburgh,.

I did it 2 years running but not last year. Hoping to do it this July in Southampton in memory of a few friends who have lost their lives to cancer. I will walk it - it's great fun as you meet and get chatting to lots of people.

Yes, have done it a number of times now and this year my young niece will join us. Its a great way of raising money for an incredibly good cause.
