So did you fail to tell the insurers when you took out the policy and/or at each renewal?
Sorry I meant to say "so did you fail to tell the insurers when you took out the policy or at renewal"?

i guess when i took out the policy, at the moment his insurance company have offered me everything e.g. a rental car, medical etc

i dont know whether informing my insurance now will void everything even though his insurance are obviously liable to pay out on my car
