Does anyone remember a cartoon that used to appear in the daily newspapers about a pig named Curly Wee in Fur and Feather Land? I'm going back about 50 years! I would love to know what happened to this comic strip.

Yes, I remember him but I must have seen him in annuals or something similar because he appeared in The Liverpool Echo, and I've never set foot in Liverpool! Apparently he's still published in The Irish Independent.
Of course, back in the 50s he might have been syndicated to other newspapers.......
Curly Wee is still being published in The Liverpool Echo. There are 21 Curly Wee Picture Books and annuals published between 1938 and 1990. I have been collecting them for 5 years.
