Scissor Sharpening?
6 Answers
Hi all
Just wondering if anyone has any practical ideas on how to sharpen scissors? I've heard that if you cut into sandpaper, that should do the trick but then heard that it can blunt scissors even more. Also heard that if you do the same with aluminium foil, it sharpens too but then heard that in the long run, it will be to the detriment to the life of the scissors. Any ideas please, would be very, very welcome!! Ta muchly peeps. Kat x

anything that needs sharpening scrap along a plain stone step you know - Your door step! - without paint on though - if you live in a more modren house concrete may do the trick as well but ours was the smoothest stone - we had the sharpest knives in the street !
good luck !!
