Bad mood
Can anyone cheer me up with a joke or a nice story, or maybe you have had a worse day, and that will make me feel better too.

On the way, close by, was a bridge, on which sat a a quadrapigic man, begging. It was approx 38C and he had no shade. I bought an umbrella, some water and string. I tied the brolly up on a railing, and assisted with a drink.
An hour later, passed that way and the umbrella and the rest of the water had gone. The evil **** that 'controlled' the beggar had removed the shade as it reduced sympathy and therefore financial contributions.
I'm having a bad work / life day today, but everything works reasonably well and there is food in the cupboard.
What's brown and sticky??
A stick!
Don't worry, I'm in a job I don't like, in a place I hate, and got dumped a few weeks ago by, who I thought, was the man of my dreams! I too am seriously overdrawn, hence me spending so much time on AB, rather than going out clubbing!!! Things will get better, and as myron21 says, there's always someone worse off than you!
If my day or week is going badly I like to think that in about 24 hours I will be able to look on my past bad time with some thought. This means that, in the depths of despair or whatever, try and pinpoint things that will remind you of the bad times. I know it sounds weird but it's a forward-thinking theory that I like. So that you can look back and say 'at my lowest point it was 3pm, quite sunny, I was hungry, I missed the bus' etc. Yup, I am odd but it works ok for me.
