Now, I've nothing against Gerrard or Liverpool, however, who else are you comparing him with in order to reach such a lofty conclusion?

For example, apart from the English Premiership, what other leagues throughout the world are you au fait enough with to make such a claim?

He's a very good player, but I haven't seen his name being linked too often with other footballing forces, even throughout Europe. So why is he so special?
