If you keep getting the same e-mail dated with the same date every time you open up outlook express does this mean it is a virus. Help please! If it is, how do we get rid of it.

stupid question, but do you mean the very same message or a fresh instance of the same message?

and in addition to this particular message do you still receive other fresh emails too that aren't this same message?

by the way are you on cable, DSL or dial-up?
