Handbag would you suggest i bought?
Here's what i carry on a day to day basis.
purse
keys (large bunch)
diary
organiser
phone
first aid kit,
alcohol gel
small bp monitor (the last three because i am a first aider at work and the are good to carry around!)
mp3 player
couple of apples
and other bits n bobs
now i need a new handbag, great excuse, the one i use at the moment is alright but has no shoulder strap, which makes it irritating to carry around my other one is a bit to tatty to use for work, and my back pack is to big,( i travel by bus to and from work!)
I have a budget of about 20, help!!!

Can you carry some of those items in a carrier bag i.e apples and put them in your drawer when you get to work. Can you carry just the organiser or diary and leave one at home. Reduce the first aid kit to a couple of plasters. Just thinking of you. The handles will break with all that weight.
LOL!!! Good to laugh!
It sounds so simple reducing your handbag down!!!!
Wish i could, the kit i carry is one designed for work, as i am commonly the only on duty fa people can get there hands on.
I find it difficult traveling on the bus with extra bags im a forgetful nelly and would more than likely leave something on there!
I thought someone might comeback with an answer similar to the one hailthechimp came up with!

Truthfully firewatch, I dont buy expensive bags. I recently bought a nice leather one (big-ish) from one of those factory outlet shops 15 but the straps are short and its awkward to carry on my shoulder.
Not good to carry a bag on your shoulder anyway tho.
A rucksack is the better option, just a small one
Something like this one
