travel adaptor for the usa

I will be shortly be going on holiday to the USA and would like to know where I can buy travel adaptors. All I see is the ones for Europe. Also they have a voltage of 110 volts but all the items I have are on transformers ie phone camera. Any information would be a great help. Thank You.

I got one in Debenhams last year, but I wouldn't worry, you can always buy them at the airport.
