2008 Xmas cruise P7O
On our xmas cruise P&O cancelled 2 of our island destinations. We complained on board ship and in writing when we got back. A very pleasant 3 page letter basically told us tough. Is there any redress? We paid money forn this holiday only for them to cancelpart of it when we were on board. No offer of compensation either on board or from P&O either. Thanks

We went to South America with Princess, the main reason for doing the cruise was to see the Falkland Islands but we couldn't dock due to bad weather. We later found out that 1 in 4 ships don't make it to the Falklands. After complaining on board and back at home we did eventually get a credit against a future cruise.
