my mobile phone

hi everyone,
l broke my mobile phone (blackberry 8310)last saturday while being rush'd to hospital.anyway,i contact'd my phone company O2 and they put me in contact with my insurance.so they sent me a new 1,well it was surpose 2of been.it arrived by courier on tuesday.when i opened it it was scrach'd dent'd & when i went to put the sim in the holding gate for it was missing.well mine was in better condition..
anyway i contact'd them and they sent another which was arriving the following day.well that came and it took me 4hrs 2load up.i went to use the calculater and it was only showing the top of the numbers.i contact'd the insurance again for the 3rd time,i had to go to the airport to pick a few friends up.so my mother-in-law took delivery for it.when i got home i put in the sim,them the battery,put it on and it ask'd me to load my sim numbers but the centre button to do so would not work.this has taken a week to sort out.now there not sending me another,they want the 3rd phone back to check it them selves to see if it is broke.they said they might have a dud batch.i need my phone.O2 said they have got to send me a brand new 1 not recon"" but they will not.
WHO DO I BELEAVE,,WHAT SHALL I DO

get an "e" on your computer keyboard would be a start.
Anyway, i would be tempted to buy a cheap phone and put the sim card in while the othr is off being investigated
