It goes Now we must drink, now we must dance wildly... something to do with the death or defeat of a political enemy. Sorry I can't remember more but it was a long time ago. I will post again if I find out more.
It's Ode no. 37 from the first book of Horace's Odes. Written on the occasion of the battle of Azio (around 30 BC), the taking of Alexandria and the defeat and death of Anthony and Cleopatra.
