I don't use a glasses cleaning cloth.. I simply swirl my specs in warm soapy (eg Fairy liquid) water, rinse and pat dry with kitchen paper. I would think that you could simply wash the cloth that comes with the specs in a little soapy liquid, rinse and allow to dry (you could use a jam jar if you didn't want to put the cloth in with the normal wash in the machine)
