aye i have nomercy I fell out of bed this morning at 6am.andgrazed my elbow and bruised ribs,just taken another two paracetamol

Have you got any arnica in your cupboard? I was headbutted a few years back by a shoplifter and sustained a broken browbone which caused horrendous facial bruising. My doc told me to take arnica to speed up the recovery of the bruising as it helps to disperse dried blood.
