freeing up factory image storage space

my factory image storage is on red and i dont know what to do to make more space on this, do i uninstall programs or is there something else i should be doing

If so, burn them all onto a disk and delete everythign from your computer - should make a difference. Also, if you are taking your own photos and saving the, check the pixel size you are using. Unless you are a professional designer and photographer it is unlikely that you'll need anything more than 1500 px wide for a decent image, but many digital cameras are defaulted to massive pixel sizes. This then takes up lots of storage space.

factory on my pc contains the necessary files for restoring my computer to factory settings, so be careful before deleting anything.
It might be something different on yours, but I would wait for someone with a bit more knowledge, to give you further advice.
I deleted factory 1 and factory 2 in a previous computer and when I put the restore disc in it said can`t restore because of missing or corrupted files.
